From the outside of the house there didn't appear to be many changes today but once inside it was obvious that they are still working hard. Firstly the tricky part of the roof, around the top of the stairs, has been framed and is ready for sheeting tomorrow. Seen from the catwalk and the study/yoga room, the ceiling of the house is finally starting to take shape.

When viewed from the corner of the livingroom however it is still hard to capture the atmosphere with a small camera.

As yesterday leaky has also been busy and not just with water pipes. Today I have found new water pipes, gas lines for the cooker and dryer and a lot of manifold tubing for the radiant heating. Gas is black and heating is red.

There is also a technical looking guage that has appeared in the wall, as it is black I assume it is a gas pressure indicator.

Under the house there is just as much new plumbing but I can only look at so many pipe pictures. More interestingly the server room, a place to hide away all of the computers and network storage for the media room, finally has a roof and walls. We placed it in the corner of the garage so that we no longer have to listen to cooling fans.

We have an exciting meeting in the morning, to discuss the layout of the bathroom and insulation issues, so tomorrows blog will surely be one not to be missed.
