A few days ago, I brought up the roofing-stucco-drywall-insulation dilemna.  That is, the usual progression of installation should be Insulation, Drywall, Stucco, and Roof, and there have been some roadblocks to this plan of attack in the form of leaks from the roof.  Well, that plan of attack has been scraped so the dilemna has been solved!  The contractor is going to change the order to Roof, Insulation, Drywall, Stucco.  And he can just do that!  (I will be getting an explanation of how this order can just be changed tomorrow.)  Anyway, the sheet metal contractor is on site today putting on the metal fascia on the roof.  When I was there, they had unloaded the fascia but had yet to get it to the roof.

The white metal pieces leaning against the scaffolding is the fascia.  Once the fascia is up, they can put on the metal roof.

Further, today, Lucas is spraying the foam sealant to many areas of the house - the second step in the Copper Green remediation plan.  Once the foam is all in and the roof is installed, the insulation will be installed and that is scheduled for next Thursday!  They will perform a water test of the roof to ensure it is watertight before the insulation is installed - don't worry!!

It sounds like lots will happen quickly now - WhooHoo!
