In the past week, our first tenants have flown the coup, and now we have new tenants. Inside the house, bits and pieces come together.

As the contractor moves into the kitchen to install the upper kitchen cabinets, there is a lot of head scratching and standing around with hands on hips.

The front door art glass has been installed, we have color on the wall, and our first tenants have moved in......

Some miscellaneous items to report on today. The water storage tanks are now plumbed, a new discovery on waterproofing is made, and the kitchen cabinets continue to disappoint!

Square, level stairs can be tiled, a round hole is adapted to fit a square peg, and the windows are on the move.....
