The grading has begun.  There is a big hole on the backside of the property.  The only way to see this in the pictures, however, is to consider how far down the backhoe is reaching and the angle at which the backhoe is balanced.

We are a little short on funds so we had to go with the second tier digger operator.  He may not know how to operator the backhoe, but he sure knows how to handle a cat.
