The finish carpenters have moved off the stairs and into the bathrooms....

The vanity for the master bathroom is set.

as well as the mirror for the guest bathroom

The guest bathroom is almost finished now!  It needs a little more grout, a shelving unit, a light, and a toilet and we are done in here!  That is a pretty short list really.

The floor in the dining room and kitchen has been started

Outside, the stainless steel posts for the deck railings are being set.  We have to get this railing up in order to get occupancy of any kind:  apparently it is a safety issue.......

There are still more to be set...

but the ones that are up so far make a good perch for our tenants (It looks like these birds are planning on having another set of hatchlings in our eve above the master bedroom patio, so that is why they are still tenants).
