It has now been two and a half weeks since the contractor told us we could have occupancy in as little as two and a half weeks. We do not have occupancy. The main reasons we don't have occupancy is that the railings for the house are not finished (for both the decks and the stairs) and there is no fire door in the garage yet. They are working toward the railings and the garage is progressing so we will get there.
