The contractor has been on site to clear the property....the first step in building our new house.

On April 18, 2007, escrow closed on the house Peter and Nelle bought in Santa Barbara. On November 13, 2008, the house burned to the ground in a wild fire. Today is March 3, 2010, and today we received the confirmation letter that we will receive the full amount of our insurance policy!!
